What this site is for

This site presents fresh oysters, caviar, Champagne and event catering, and lets you send us a pre-order. An order becomes binding only once we confirm it with you. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages. The photographs, texts, layout and the marks that appear here belong to us or to our suppliers and may not be reused commercially without written permission.

Accuracy

We keep the site current, but availability of a particular variety changes with the season and the sea. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance until we confirm it.

Applicable law

We are established in Spain, so Spanish law governs these terms and Spanish consumer law applies to your purchase. If you live in another EU country, you keep whatever additional protection the mandatory consumer rules of your own country give you.

Complaints

Write to hello@theoystersclub.nl. We answer every complaint. As a business established in Andalusia we keep official consumer complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) available on request. If we cannot resolve it, consumers resident in the EU can ask their national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for free help with a cross-border complaint.
